If an impulse for healing has arisen in you, and you find yourself on this website, Marcus would be honoured to support you on your journey.
This can take the form of one-to-one sessions, or group training / facilitation events, for which Marcus can provide customised material on a wide variety of psychology and wellbeing subjects. Please see the Events page for upcoming public trainings. To enquire about bespoke private seminars, please use the Contact page.
Marcus gained a First Class BSc (Hons) Psychology degree from King’s College London, where he also undertook three years of medical school training. He carried out research as part of an NHS project to predict which patients with depression would be resistant to psychological therapies based on a personality index marker, so they could be streamlined for more specialised treatment from the onset.
He holds a Diploma in Trauma Therapy at NAOS Institute.
Furthermore, Marcus is conducting EEG-based research for an MSc Cognitive Psychology / Neuropsychology at the University of Kent, investigating the links between neuroscience and spirituality, and how the soft tissues of the brain respond during altered states of consciousness.
Spiritual Counselling, Ceremony & Ministry
Marcus is an InterFaith Minister, ordained at the One Spirit InterFaith Foundation in London, following a journey of deepening his knowledge of worldwide religious tradition and finding the common ground that unites all faith and no-faith. As Reverend Marcus, he offers Spiritual Counselling, and creates bespoke ceremonies for all sorts of occasions, including baby and name blessings, rites of passage, weddings, conscious divorce, and funerals, both for humans and beloved pets. He is also available to deliver inspirational talks on a wide variety of subjects.
Marcus holds a Diploma in Cognitive-Behavioural Hypnotherapy from the UK College of Hypnosis & Hypnotherapy, involving over 500 hours of formal teaching, research and study, and thereby gained the title of Cognitive-Behavioural Hypnotherapist.
Marcus has completed the 4-year Professional Studies healing programme at the Barbara Brennan School of Healing (Europe), from which he graduated in 2011 as a certified Brennan Healing Science Practitioner. He has also completed the Advanced Studies programme at the same school to further his learning, and graduated as a Brennan Integration Work Practitioner in 2015.
