Mind over matter, as the saying goes.
If you set your mind to it, the rest is detail.
Cognitive-behavioural hypnotherapy uses the powerful tool of your own mind to find a keener balance in your life. Have you considered that if it is your mind that sparks fears, makes you feel shy and gives in to your bad habits, it may well also be your mind that can help you overcome phobias, develop more social confidence and public speaking ability, and unlearn habits that no longer serve you?
The sphere of competence of a hypnotherapist comprises helping clients with stress, social or sexual anxiety, panic attacks, phobias, “bad” habits, including smoking, nail-biting, over-eating and other mild addictions, as well as management of chronic or surgical pain. Hypnotherapy may also help with mild depression, and it can promote personal development, including public speaking training, sports performance and so forth. Research has also been carried out for the effectiveness of hypnotherapy on physical ailments such as warts, high blood pressure and migraine, with positive results.
Regression to past lives, or the client’s metaphorical perception thereof, also offers powerful opportunities to explore the subconscious mind. It is a way to discover the purpose of one’s soul, to get in touch with one’s true longings, and to infuse the present moment with the accumulated wisdom of all of one’s existence.
