Wherever you are, healing can begin

Adults (16+) experiencing OCD, anxiety, depression, trauma, or navigating significant life transitions. I have specific experience working with minorities from cultural, spiritual, gender, sexual orientation, and neurodivergent backgrounds. I also work with behavioural and chemical addictions.
Therapy is not always about rebuilding: it is about understanding what is happening so you can make informed, compassionate choices about your path forward, together or separately. I work with all relationship configurations including married, unmarried, polyamorous, and LGBTQI+ partnerships.
Family therapy is not just for parents with young children. I work with families across and within generations, adult children with parents, step-families, adult siblings, and any family configuration navigating communication difficulties, transitions, or systemic patterns.
I integrate neuroscience, somatic therapy, systemic work, and spiritual counselling, combining clinical expertise with deep understanding of how healing happens at every level of human experience.
If trauma has you feeling unsafe in your own body, I can help your nervous system learn it is okay to relax. Using EMDR and somatic approaches, we work with how trauma lives in you, whether simple or complex PTSD, or vicarious trauma from caring for others.
Therapy is not always about rebuilding: it is about understanding what is happening so you can make informed, compassionate choices about your path forward, together or separately. I work with all relationship configurations.
Your brain is not broken: it is running a different operating system. As someone with lived experience of AuDHD (autism and ADHD), I combine an MSc in Neuropsychology with personal understanding of executive function challenges, sensory differences, and the exhaustion of masking.
Healing is not about forcing change or pretending things have not happened. It is about understanding why your mind and body respond the way they do, making sense of patterns that once served you, and discovering choices that serve you better now. When you understand the 'why', the 'how' becomes clearer.
