Trauma Therapy
Specialist treatment for PTSD, complex trauma, and developmental trauma using evidence-based approaches including EMDR and trauma-focused CBT.
I work with trauma's impact on the nervous system, helping you understand why your body responds the way it does and developing new patterns of response.
Couples Therapy
Supporting partners to understand attachment patterns, navigate conflicts, rebuild trust, and make informed decisions about their relationship's future.
I work collaboratively with other professionals in your care network, and connect you with my trusted colleagues for individual therapy in parallel where needed.
Neurodivergence Support
Specialist understanding of ADHD and autism from both professional expertise and lived experience. Including QbCheck ADHD assessments.
Supporting neurodivergent adults to understand their neurotype and develop strategies that work with, not against, how their brain functions.
How We Work Together
All sessions are conducted online via Zoom, offering flexibility and accessibility while maintaining the depth of therapeutic connection.
Initial Consultation
We begin with a consultation (20-30 minutes) to discuss what brings you to therapy and explore whether we are a good fit for working together.
Ongoing Sessions
Standard sessions are 50-60 minutes. Frequency is typically weekly to fortnightly to start with, depending on urgency and capacity, and then spacing them out as appropriate. Occasional check-in sessions are also available for clients I have worked with previously.
Walk & Talk Sessions
Existing clients can arrange in-person Walk & Talk sessions on the North Kent coast between Reculver and Margate when convenient and weather allows.
Collaborative Care
I am happy to coordinate with other professionals in your care network (psychiatrists, medical professionals, other therapists) to ensure integrated support.
